3D Parts Catalogue Specialist

Position Highlights

As part of the development of the HP Inc project we are looking for smart, dynamic people, willing to take the challenge and join our international and culturally diverse team as a 3D Parts Catalog Specialist.

As part of the Technical team, 3D Parts Catalog Specialist manage the day-to-day operation of HP Indigo's digital spare parts catalogs, ensuring accurate product data, timely catalog releases, and effective coordination between engineering, product, software, and external stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

•    Manage the lifecycle of digital spare parts catalog.
•    Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product Management, Software Development, and external suppliers.
•    Validate catalog data quality prior to release.
•    Track and resolve catalog related issues.
•    Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
•    Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
•    Execute functional validation and release readiness checks.
•    Provide operational support to internal stakeholders and end users Attending regular weekly update calls with different teams within the organization 
•    Actively communicate via email to respond to related questions 
•    Proactively address upcoming issues and suggest solutions to Team Lead
•    Adhere to feedback addressed by TL
•    Actively participate in training newcomers / colleagues

Main requirements:

•    Min 2–4 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or a similar cross-functional role within a technology or manufacturing environment.
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
•    Strong organizational and task management skills.
•    Ability to understand and manage technical product data.
•    Ability to work with program languages
•    Experience working with ERP and/or PLM systems.
•    Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
•    Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving tasks to completion.
•    Experience working with enterprise information systems.
•    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Mechanics Engineering  or a related field.
•    Excellent communication in English / C1 (Verbal and Written)
