Job Description

The Account Specialist is responsible for providing white glove customer service to our high profile corporate wireless customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day operational service desk support which includes receiving inbound calls, as well as providing web support via live chats, email and portal activities.
  • Processing service orders, answering how-to questions, troubleshooting
  • Analyzing monthly billing and program reports
  • General account maintenance
  • Managing customer relationships with corporate partners
  • Creating an exciting work environment
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Liaising with mobile/telco carriers to complete customer requests
  • Strong attention to detail

Requirements

Will have experience listed below, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude. This is a must!
1 – 2 year experience working in a fast-paced customer service driven environment.
Prior mobile experience a plus but not required.

  • Excellent level of English and French
  • Excellent customer service, telephone, oral and written skills
  • Relevant experience as per the above duties is considered as strong advantage
  • Customer-orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution
  • Capable of being self- managed
  • Proven role model and team player
