Job Description

Job Scope:

Analyses and evaluates business systems and user needs to align systems with overall business strategies. Studies system capabilities and data to improve procedures and develop solutions to business problems. Manages requirements at the project level to drive process changes and manage project scope. Requires strong management skills and an associate degree.

Responsibilities

Key Role Responsibilities & Duties: 

• Define configuration specifications
• Define business requirements
• Define KPIs and reporting requirements
• Own and develop relationship with partners
• Work with partners to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions
• Make recommendations to product team
• Excellent communicate skills
• Find and communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Perform Quality Assurance
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring
• Discover issues, suggest changes and better solutions to the customer

Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' previous experience in Business or Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
• Experience in data visualization techniques and tools
• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analysing user input and requirements
• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Experience creating wireframes and process flow diagrams
• Strong verbal skills with a fluency in English  
• Excellent organizational skills including ability to self-start own task assignments  
• Experience working in an Agile environment 
• Salesforce experience/ certification is a plus but not required

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
• Experience in configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
• Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
