Job Description

As part of the development of the Hewlett Packard Inc project we are looking for smart, dynamic people willing to take on the challenge and join our international and culturally diverse team as a Customer care specialist & Warehouse associate and be part of Spare Parts Operations (SPO). Tеам will be positioned in Sofia and support HP Industrial Print Services and Large Format Services.

The job consists high level of Inventory and Backorders follow up based on demand and customer’s requests, find a support solution (All around the world) or other HP stocking locations and make the follow-up of those parts till the deliveries.

Responsibilities

Main tasks include specifically:

  • Daily review of back-order resolution when stock is available in the network
  • Identify best sourcing location from the network and request stock movement
  • Ensure orders from the network / shipments from vendors are executed
  • Daily Manage customer inquiries, ensuring high quality of the response
  • Understand customer criticality
  • Obtain part availability information and communicate it to customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure good understanding of the EMEA Network, order flows and transit time (s)
  • Monitor order fulfilment as per initial commitment and communicate if change (s)
  • Handling non-standard request (s)
  • Daily monitoring of replenishment orders for fallout (s) & delay (s); no booking
  • Daily monitoring of rebalance orders for fallout (s); delay (s); no booking

Requirements

  • Excellent communication in English / C1 (Verbal and Written)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Products & Power BI. Deeper Excel knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Share Point.
  • Highly motivated towards achieving targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Good team player
  • Good in time management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Business knowledge and/or skills to understand and transform business requests to technical solutions
