Position Highlights

The Consultant will design, build, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, etc.), streamlining business processes, enhancing data integration, and empowering business users. This role offers growth opportunities into solution architecture, platform governance, and cross-functional project leadership.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) on time and with thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Support production environments, manage incidents and requests, and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
• Produce and analyze KPIs related to solution adoption, performance, and business impact.
• Document Power Platform solutions (apps, flows, dashboards)
• Technical and user documentation for each solution
• KPI and performance reports on solution adoption and impact
• Knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users and DT&A staff

Main requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Power Platform development or similar low-code/no-code environment
• Experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Experience with Power Apps (canvas apps, model-driven apps) - must
• Experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, automation scenarios) -must
• Experience with AI Agents (Copilot Studio) - must
• Experience integrating Power Platform with other systems (e.g., via APIs, connectors, Azure services) - must
• Experience with data modeling, process automation, and UI/UX design in Power Apps
• Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance in Power Platform environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ITSM/project management tools
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or other Microsoft cloud services
• Experience with TMS or ERP integrations
