About the Job

The Global Solution Architect for Data & AI Offerings & Pre Sales is responsible for consolidating, shaping and supporting the global Data & AI solutions portfolio and building the pre sales engine for the practice across countries and markets. This role will help package the practice offerings (standardization and industrialization), how they are positioned, and how country teams win Data & AI opportunities consistently and profitably.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, manage, and maintain the global Data & AI offerings portfolio, including packaging, positioning, pricing guidance, and lifecycle management.
  • Create sales playbooks incorporating value propositions, discovery frameworks, industry use cases, solution outlines, reference architectures, and commercial templates.
  • Act as a senior pre-sales architect for strategic pursuits, leading solution shaping, narrative development, estimation, and orals preparation.
  • Enable sales, account teams, and regional practices through developing structured sales training, battlecards, and reusable pre-sales assets.
  • Establish and maintain a global repository of offerings & solutions artifacts, client references, case studies, demos, PoCs, etc

 

Requirements:

 

  • 10+ years in Data & AI consulting, solution architecture, and pre-sales roles within a consulting, SI, or technology partner organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape, position, and win Data & AI opportunities, including GenAI driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms, AI/ML technologies, governance, and enterprise adoption considerations.
  • Strong experience developing sales ready offerings, solution frameworks, and commercial narratives.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and C suite presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating across country sales, delivery, marketing, and alliance teams.
