About the role
The Post-Sales Specialist will be responsible to manage post‑sales deal changes for Managed Device Services (MDS). This role assists with Change Orders, pricing updates, scope changes and approvals, ensuring they are correctly solutioned, approved, documented, and ready for delivery. The role works closely with Sales, Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs), Delivery, and Finance and acts as the single point of accountability for assigned Change Orders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end Change Order process for MDS deals
- Analyze pricing, cost, margin, and delivery impact of deal changes
- Build and update pricing / P&L models using internal costing tools
- Maintain accurate and audit‑ready records in accordance with HP tools and policies - OMS, DART, and SOAR
- Drive approvals and ensure governance compliance
- Coordinate with Sales, CDMs, Delivery, and Finance to finalize changes
- Hand over clean, complete documentation to Delivery teams
- Ensure Change Orders are completed on time with minimal rework
- Ensure accurate TCV validation process is being followed
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and foster ongoing loyalty through consistent delivery excellence.
- Achieve annual personal goals and project milestones as defined
- Execute assignments from the hiring manager and team lead with accountability and professional rigor.
- Conduct all work in accordance with compliant organizational standards and governance.
Requirements:
- Experience with Change Orders, contract amendments, or post‑signature deal changes
- Background in Managed Services, IT services, or solutioning roles
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with pricing / financial models
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of costing and solutioning
- Fluent English
- MS Office
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Experience in industry desired.
- Experience in virtual team environment
