Public Relations Manager

About the role:

The position is responsible for developing and executing the company’s PR strategy to strengthen brand visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement across the global iGaming industry. This role will lead content creation, external communications, media relations, thought leadership initiatives, and crisis communications, while overseeing digital marketing coordination such as social media and SEO. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an integrated PR strategy aligned with corporate goals, market positioning, solutioning and brand messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry journalists, media outlets, analysts, influencers, and trade associations.
• Manage a media spend budget.
• Lead the creation of press releases, media kits, announcements, speeches, and thought leadership content, as well as the sign off process, ensuring consistency across all content. 
• Manage speaking opportunities and spokespeople, including videos, panels, podcasts and webinars.
• Oversee proactive and reactive communications, including crisis and issues management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and sentiment to identify PR opportunities and risks.
• Direct and mentor the Digital Marketing Coordinator, ensuring cohesion between PR, digital presence, and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with product practices, compliance, HR, and executive teams to ensure consistent and compliant external messaging.
• Support senior leadership in preparing media statements, interviews, event participation, and presentations.  
• Oversee development of PR content for industry events, conferences, and trade shows, with a focus on maximizing exposure and speaking opportunities.
• Coordinate with digital marketing to amplify PR activity across owned and social channels.
• Manage case studies, expert commentaries, blog content, and industry insights that highlight company innovations and market leadership, getting closer to our customers and partners.
• Track PR metrics, media coverage, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Provide quarterly reporting on PR outcomes, brand sentiment, and competitive insights.
• Recommend continuous improvements based on data and strategic priorities.
• Growth in earned media coverage and quality of placements 
• Strength of relationships with key journalists and stakeholders
• Impact of PR activities on brand perception and partner engagement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of PR management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, regulated or technology-driven industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the iGaming sector (online casino, sports betting, game development, regulation, or B2B platforms).
• Proven experience managing media relationships within the global iGaming community.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (English fluency required).
• Experience handling crisis communications and high-profile announcements.
