Job Description

As part of the development of the HP Inc project we are looking for smart, dynamic people, willing to take the challenge and join our international and culturally diverse team as a Reliability Manager. The Team will be positioned in Sofia and will support the WW Technical Team. As part of the Technical team, the Reliability Manager leads initiatives to enhance the early-life performance of certified spare parts by identifying potential failures and driving corrective solutions. The role focuses on improving reliability through rigorous testing, data-driven analysis, and close collaboration with product teams, engineering, and suppliers to ensure parts meet performance standards and deliver long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

•    Develop and implement early-life testing programs using engineering methodologies to identify parts that may fail prematurely.
•    Apply statistical techniques and engineering analysis to evaluate failure data, detect early-life issues, and drive product quality improvements.
•    Conduct statistical modeling and engineering-based assessments to strengthen reliability predictions and optimize corrective actions.
•    Investigate new technologies such as AI and RFID for supply chain optimization, integrating engineering insights into practical applications.
•    Collaborate with R&D, product quality teams, and suppliers, leveraging statistical data analysis and engineering expertise to enhance spare parts reliability during the early-life phase.
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives by combining statistical evaluation with engineering innovation to meet corporate quality standards.
•    Assess whether the “repairable world” process is effective, acting as a consultant to guide strategic decisions.
•    Analyze large volumes of data, applying self-learning approaches to transform raw information into actionable insights.
•    Serve as a single source of truth for data interpretation, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure consistent understanding.
•    Answer critical business questions such as “Is this item worth repairing?” by leveraging statistical evaluation, engineering insights, and customer feedback.
•    Attending regular weekly update calls with different teams within the organization 
•    Actively communicate via email to respond to related questions 
•    Proactively address upcoming issues and suggest solutions to Team Lead
•    Adhere to feedback addressed by TL
•    Actively participate in training newcomers / colleagues

Requirements

•    Excellent communication in English / C1 (Verbal and Written)
•    Experience in MS Office & SharePoint.
•    Reliability testing and analysis.
•    Data analytics and predictive modeling.
•    Statistical analysis and reliability modeling (e.g., Weibull analysis, regression techniques).Familiarity with AI, RFID, and emerging supply chain technologies.
•    Strong collaboration and communication skills.
•    Problem-solving and strategic thinking.
•    Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
•    Familiarity with Reliability analysis tools, ERP systems, Tableau and Quality dashboards
•    Good Team player
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    At least 3 years in reliability engineering, product quality.
•    Experience in JMP Statistics Tool will be considered an advantage
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistical data analyst
