About the role:

 

The Requirements Manager ensures that formally correct requirements, compliant with the company standards, are consistently maintained. This includes taking ownership of the maintenance, updating, and documentation of requirements, as well as ensuring proper change tracking throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves organizing and moderating alignment and coordination meetings with both internal and external partners to ensure clarity and consistency across all stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure that formally correct requirements are maintained in CodeBeamer.
  • Maintain, update, and document requirements, including change tracking.
  • Organize and moderate alignment and coordination meetings with internal and external partners.
  • Prepare status reports and KPI tracking.
  • Link requirements with tests, features, and systems to ensure traceability.
  • Participate in decision-making boards and target-setting processes. 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluency in German and English 
  • CodeBeamer (central requirements management system)
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • GSS (for target tracking) Independent working style & structured approach (process documentation) Clear and precise communication (accurate formulation of requirements)
  • Strong negotiation skills (alignment between teams and stakeholders)
  • Structured and methodical working style (requirements flows, documentation)
