About the job

The Server Administration Change Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the lifecycle of IT changes. The role ensures that changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed in alignment with ITIL processes to minimize risk and service disruption.

 

Responsilities:

 

  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of changes in the ITSM tool.
  • Ensure all changes have proper risk assessment, approvals, and implementation plans.
  • Communicate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure change readiness.
  • Track post-change validation and identify improvement areas.
  • Maintain dashboards on change volumes, success rates, and risk trends.
  • Propose process improvements to increase change efficiency and reduce incidents caused by change.
  • Produce dashboards and reports for management review.

 

Requirements:

 

  • French (B2 minimum, C1 preferred); English B2.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Change Management or IT coordination.
  • Good understanding of ITIL Change Management. 
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Previous exposure to IT infrastructure or Managed Services environment.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (PowerBI).
  • Education in a relevant field.
