About the role

The Server Administration Incident Coordinator ensures the effective handling of IT incidents by monitoring tickets, driving resolution, and coordinating technical teams. The role is critical for minimizing business impact and ensuring service restoration within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track incidents in the ITSM tool, ensuring timely updates and escalations.

  • Coordinate technical teams during incident resolution, ensuring ownership and accountability.

  • Manage incident backlog and prioritize according to criticality and SLA targets.

  • Facilitate incident bridge calls for major incidents, ensuring structured communication.

  • Provide stakeholders with regular and clear updates during incidents.

  • Perform post-incident analysis, documenting lessons learned and improvement actions.

  • Produce dashboards and reports on incident volumes, resolution times, and SLA compliance

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident Management processes.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills under pressure.

  • Analytical mindset for identifying incident trends.

  • Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).

  • Experience with Business Intelligence (PowerBI).

  • French (B2 minimum, C1 preferred); English B2.

  • At least 1 year in Incident Management, Service Desk, or IT coordination roles.

  • Experience managing incidents in a production environment.

  • Previous exposure to IT infrastructure or Managed Services environment.

 

Required education:

  • High School/Bachelor/Master’s degree.

  • ITIL Foundation certification would be considered as an advantage.
