Service Delivery Specialist Network - Security

Position Highlights

Company Network and Security IMS team is looking to adhere to key ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, request, and event management.The Consultant will collaborate with other IT areas and external partners, including project and application teams. The Service Delivery Specialist role is our go-to expert for Network Security. The Consultant ensures our solutions evolve with our business needs and management enhancement requests.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in Network and Security area, ideally as a Senior Engineer supporting an enterprise hybrid environment with critical applications. 

Main responsibilities:

•    Act as Subject Matter Expert in the IT Networking & Security domain 
•    Support the Network Security layer 
•    Extensive experience in the design, implementation, and management of routing and firewall policies within Fortinet environments, including FortiGate and Forti Analyzer. Capabilities include rule base optimization, policy lifecycle management, security posture assessment, traffic analysis, and alignment with global governance standards. 
•    Proven expertise in SD WAN architecture and operations, covering end to end configuration, dynamic path selection, application aware routing, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization to ensure high availability, reduced latency, and cost-effective WAN utilization. 
•    ▪ Netskope proxy and ZTNA solutions (or equivalent SASE solution) 
•    ▪ BGP 
•    ▪ VPN 
•    ▪ Cisco switches 
•    ▪ DDI (network segmentation, allocation, and IP Management) 
•    ▪ Aruba Wi-Fi 
•    Support and implement security solutions while participating in the creation and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures. 
•    Address security findings identified by the LDC Security L3 team, which may include tool findings, user reports, Azure Defender recommendations, audit findings, and new policy implementations. 
•    Manage certificates and take necessary corrective or proactive actions as required. 

Main requirements:

•    Proven experience in Operations and Support of Network & Security Services in a diverse IT landscape (5+ Years) 
•    Fortinet (Firewalls) – Very specific and important
•    SD-WAN - Very specific and important
•    Cisco switches - Very specific and important
•    Preferably 2+ years of experience in Azure Cloud Service domain 
•    Mandatory hands-on experience with Netskope proxy and ZTNA operations and support 
•    Knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure technologies 
•    Proven experience in production environments and critical operations 
•    Passion for network technology and desire to keep developing in this domain 
•    Service-oriented mindset is mandatory
