Solution Specialist - DevOps & Cloud Azure

Position Highlights

Main scope:

Solution Specialist – DevOps & Cloud Azure role is to provide secure, scalable and automated DevOps and cloud services across all regions. The mission covers end-to-end accountability for designing, delivering and operating enterprise DevOps, CI/CD, workflow automation and cloud-native solutions primarily based on Microsoft Azure, supporting LDC operations and digital transformation in a cost-effective and reliable manner.

Main responsibilities:

•    Deliver DevOps, automation and scheduling initiatives aligned with the enterprise strategy and roadmap.
•    Provide end-to-end technical ownership for the plan, build and run (third-level support) of DevOps, workflow automation and enterprise scheduling platforms.
•    Design, implement and operate CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows and workload scheduling / job orchestration solutions.
•    Own and evolve enterprise scheduling and workload automation services supporting critical business and IT workloads (OpCon or equivalent).
•    Lead and coordinate internal and external technical resources across regions; provide technical leadership and promote an automation-first mindset.
•    Ensure compliance with security standards, policies and operational best practices; define, track and report KPIs for DevOps/automation/scheduling services.
•    Partner with application teams, operations, security and vendors to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery and continuous improvement. 

Main requirements:

•    CI/CD pipeline design, implementation and maintenance.
•    Workflow automation and integration tooling (e.g., Power Automate, n8n or equivalent); automation via APIs, webhooks and event-driven integrations.
•    Scripting: PowerShell 
•    Monitoring, logging and best operational practices; familiarity with ITIL processes.
•    Terraform 
•    Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

•    Bash/Linux scripting; Infrastructure as Code concepts
•    Experience with enterprise scheduling/workload automation tools (OpCon ideal)
•    Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe highly desired)
•    Knowledge of Ansible automation platform would be a plus.

•    Strong experience (5+ years) with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts) and enterprise DevOps toolchains. 
•    Experience in large, complex and international organizations
