Job Description
This role is focused on technical expertise and refers to one or several IT solution(s), part of Network Service Line portfolio. Consultant will ensure that solution evolves including enhancements requests management and prioritization together with the Network Service & Solution Managers including Design & Build activities handled in project mode. From a support standpoint, Consultant will ensure that support teams at level 1 and 2 are properly handled. Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of level 3 support (incident and change management).
Main responsibilities:
Acting as Level 3 support escalation point for both Incident & Changes, you must guarantee operational excellence and continuous improvement of Network solutions, especially Datacenter LAN components.
• Monitor incidents, act as Level 3 escalation for identification of the root cause, coordinate
• actions to restore services.
• Provide technical review & approval of changes and even implement complex ones.
• Manage priorities of the evolution of the solution.
• Manage changes, new requirements, and documentation of your solution.
• Make proposals and provide information to support decision making concerning the
• solution.
• Contribute to project as Subject Matter Expert by handling Design & Build activities for
• Network area.
• Participate in Network Standards definition & adoption.
• Ensure the documentation of the solution is up to date.
• Performs a permanent inventory and manages the different components.
• Monitors and analyzes performance, implements measures likely to improve the quality or
• productivity.
• Monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and
• procedures are in place and followed.
• Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between Applications and
• Infrastructures teams.
• Documents, promotes, and controls his scope.
• Ensure inventories/MDM are accurate.
Main requirements:
• Proven experience in Network domain (at least 3 Years).
• LAN DC – Cisco Nexus, Dynamic Routing.
• SSE – Netskope.
• Firewalling – Fortinet.
• Azure Cloud network – UDR / Load Balancer / Express Route.
• WAN – MPLS, Internet, SDWAN Fortinet.
• WIFI – Aruba.
• Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent.
• Experience in API and Automation technology is a strong plus.
• Experience on Infrastructure Maintenance Support in a very diverse IT landscape.
• Strong technical skills of Datacenter Network infrastructure technologies.
• Proven experience in production environments / critical operations.
• Passion for network technology and service-oriented mindset is must.
• ITIL Foundation certified is a plus.
